2chapiproxyを実行するとエラーが発生しすぐ終了するようになってしまった。（ポップアップ等はなく一見するとエラーは分からない）
Windowsファイアウォールにプログラムを登録したら動くようになった。
（・・・ように見えたが、その後ファイアウォール定義を消しても大丈夫だった。単にＯＳブートからしばらくはＮＧだった？）
